1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Trading Orbit's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Trading Orbit provides Great Lakes cruise services, including but not limited to:

  • Budget and premium cruise packages
  • Group and family cruise arrangements
  • Custom private tour services
  • Shore excursions and related activities

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

All cruise reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Trading Orbit. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Payment

  • A deposit of 25% of the total cruise fare is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Passengers

  • More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
  • 60-90 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Cancellations by Trading Orbit

We reserve the right to cancel any cruise due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Arriving at designated departure points on time
  • Following all safety instructions and vessel rules
  • Bringing appropriate clothing and personal items
  • Ensuring they are physically capable of participating in cruise activities

6. Safety and Conduct

For the safety and enjoyment of all passengers:

  • Passengers must follow all crew instructions
  • Alcohol consumption must be in moderation
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the cruise without refund
  • Trading Orbit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

7. Liability and Insurance

Trading Orbit carries comprehensive marine insurance, but passengers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury due to passenger negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Missed connections due to cruise delays
  • Expenses incurred due to weather-related cancellations

8. Force Majeure

Trading Orbit shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services as necessary for safety or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify passengers of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
